Founders Rob and Enid Perry work alongside son Rupert and his fiancée Lauren, together with a great workforce. They pride themselves on the high standard of advice, sales and service they give to their customers.

How we work together as a team...
We have a great team here at Rob Perry Marine, with Rupert & Lauren now mainly at the helm they help steer our motley crew, with Rupert organising the team of marine engineers and Lauren in full command of the office and chandlery. Rob and Enid having started the business over 30 years ago have now taken a well deserved semi retirement, with Enid working mainly from home and Rob still keeping the team on the straight and narrow, he is a font of knowledge, providing wisdom and support to the crew and customers. Rob is a Class 1 Marine engineer, he still undertakes all survey work and his experience is priceless!
The Workshop
Our engineers are key to our operation, of engineering, boat rigging/fitting, plus service and repair work, with Rupert also having qualified as a Honda Master Technician, being one of very few to hold this status in the UK and of course Mr Rob Perry himself a qualified marine engineer and boat surveyor.
The Office & Chandlery
The office & Chandlery is managed by the ever efficient Lauren, who manages and liaises between clients and the engineers to ensure work is carried out, stock is ordered, appointments are booked, storage is arranged, RYA courses are scheduled and so much more. Assisting Lauren is Victoria, who also helps with, customer calls, Highfield Rib & Quicksilver Boat sales, booking in servicing and repair jobs, marketing, and many aspects of administration.
